The Photoshop Thread, Part IV

Is it a sign of being an old fart to need names to go with the photos to know who the hell these people are?
Possibly, since I am and I do. I recognized Allison Hannigan, and the girl in the first Orion set looks vaguely familiar, but that's it.

Some older Bajorans... I've gotten a lot better with the noses since I made these.
I know next to nothing about photo manipulation, but I've always had a gut feeling that those noses would be difficult to do. Am I right or way off base?

Her name is Susan Coffey. She's a model, but not necessarily someone super famous :-)

The first 3-4 are a bit tricky, especially factoring weird nose angles. I've done a lot more complex mods since, though, so they're pretty "easy" for me nowadays. LOT'S of practice though.

Here's a couple before and afters... this is one of the earlier manips I did (Before and After):

And something a tiny bit newer:

Yeah, something about all those parallel lines and shadows, but on the shape of a nose at varying angles to the camera, it just seemed to me it might be tricky. Also, I might have been subliminally influenced by seeing several manipulations over the years that weren't very convincing.

Yours look terrific, though. :techman:
