It's definitely Montalban, but I'm not sure the image doesn't date from a few years before TWoK was made. Oddly, the hair and the clothing keep making me think "Chief Dan George," even though they don't resemble each other that much. The tie pin is naggingly familiar, but I haven't placed it yet.
I like this one too, but am confused. Is that Khan?
Reminds me of David Carradine. Don't know why.

can you do a pic of Sandy Cheeks (from SpongeBob Squarepants) on the bridge of the Enterprise-E wearing a red First Contact uniform?
So - when you say red, do you mean changing the colours of a standard FC duty uniform to red?
