Overall, B. Lotsa junk but counterbalanced by some great stuff.

The only thing that really annoyed me about ST was the amount of aliens that looked human.
Apart from that I dont' think you can slap a one size fits all grade on them all.
TOS (from what I've seen so far) is in a league of it's own
TNG, DS9 and Voyager I consider equals, in their diffrent ways
Ent was the weakest but not as bad as some make out.
and I liked the novelty of TAS, partly because it solved the (very lame) exuse of makeup cost and costume cost they had for the first thing I mentioned.
