Looks like today's post is Majel's script for "The Cage," but the extended document hasn't appeared on the Roddenberry site as yet.

You sure it's not cached? I have tried it in two different browsers and get 404 errors each time.

Not long after I'd posted, the file was taken down. I'd mentioned on the Roddenberry page the difficulties I was having with using their landing page for the documents, and it looks like others were having the same issues. The page is working for me now, so their webmaster must've fixed whatever issue was preventing my browser from loading the page correctly.

Seems they're uploading documents on there and obliterating the previously published ones. Today's is Majel's copy of "The Cage" script.

The letter to Alden Schwimmer has been online for ages now: http://www.lettersofnote.com/2010/11/maybe-its-just-catharsis-but-i-think.html (but it's still fascinating; David Alexander's biography prints another letter or two from this period between Roddenberry and his agent, as I recall).

I still can't figure out where Matt Jefferies' brain he pulled that concept from. Perhaps, since it was the 60's, Gene probably allowed some "recreational" aids in the offices...?

This is really really neat stuff, but I've just stumbled onto it, and I can't download any of the older PDF files, since they're purged every time a new one is posted. (Apparently the "Roddenberry Vault"'s release timeframe is even shorter than Disney's.)

Could someone PM me with links to the PDF documents posted and pulled so far? Better yet, post the links online for an archive of sorts -- assuming that doesn't fall foul of any forum rules.
