I don't know enough about Level 1, but Bad Robot is Abrams' creative shingle. Paramount is footing the $150 million for the production, and it's up to Bad Robot to take that money and get the movie made. What Level 1's role in this is, is beyond me.

Glad to see that Paramount has FINALLY started ponying up a decent amount of money for these movies. Techobabble on cheap sets ain't going to cut it.
