Smack one for me!
Well, hello Night Crew. Nice to see I was being talked about in my absence. 
Can you believe it, I fell down some stairs yesterday! I never do things like that, but there I was, my foot slipped out from under me, I landed on my tailbone, and a down I went. I remember thinking as I was sliding down the steps, "I hope this stops at some point, because I don't really feel like riding this thing all the way to the bottom".
Anyway, aside from a good rug burn on my palm (and surprisingly, my tailbone doesn't ache today), the only injuries are my pride.
Tonight, I went out and met some cool people from the neighbourhood at a local bar. I just can't get over how much I love that I keep meeting cool new people in my neighbourhood. It's just a wonderful little community. All smart, interesting, and down-to-earth people.
It helps take off the edge from that loneliness you were all talking about.

Did anyone see you fall down the stairs?
No. It was the stairs going up to my roommate's apartment above mine (so I was wearing socks -- hence the slippage), which are closed off from the rest of their house by a door. At the time, I was really hoping no one heard the bang, but I did tell them all about it when I went back upstairs. At that point, I was comfortable with turning it into a laugh. 
Well if no one saw it, it didn't happen. 
Even if he does get to see the trailer?
