The Night Crew

I just watched Chaos, another movie with a decent cast (Jason Statham, Ryan Phillipe, Wesley Snipes) the the studio doesn't know how to market so it just sits around for a while collecting dust before finally getting tossed straight-to-DVD (which is actually becoming a lot more profitable since DVDs are cheap to make and the studios don't have to share sales profits with the theaters).

Anyway, it's yet another one of those movies that thinks it's smart and clever with all the twists and turns but the delivery of said twists and turns come across rather clunky and poorly thought out.

If anyone cares, it's a cop movie set in Seattle (and you can tell it's actually Seattle and not Vancouver or Los Angeles) and Nicholas Lea is a co-star. It was never boring, but it just wasn't very smart and seemed really amateurish at times.

So what happened to "the night crew"?

How come there was more activity here when it was sunny outside? :p

I was MIA the last couple days (Wednesday and Thursday are my days off) because I was hanging out with real life friends. I'll probably be around a lot the next 4-5 nights.

God. I slept too much yesterday. I get home at 730 am, go to bed, and wake up at midnight feeling all stoopid and dizzy. Need coffee.

As for me I lay down to try to sleep about an hour ago. Insomnia, though, is relentless, and I don't feel up to battling it tonight. :(

Sun'll be up soon, and then I'll be amongst the morning crew!

Real friends? Bah! On here, if you stop liking someone, you can just ignore them. In real life, you're still stuck with them. :p

I want to go to bed, but I also want to eat something, and I am currently watching "The Deconstruction of Falling Stars" from Babylon 5.

Not in my life. If I stop liking someone, I kick them out of my life.

Luckily, I tend to surround myself with people that I enjoy spending time with.

That's my problem too. I haven't been able to sleep, and 6 hours on I'm hungry again. Perhaps a bowl of cereal will make me drowsy.

This sucks. The one week I'm repaying my debt to society and not staying up until 4am every night, clicking on reload every five minutes in the hope that someone's made a post, you all start this thing. But I'll be back. My nocturnal ways have a power over me that nothing can withstand.

Believe me, I've tried. :(
