Movie Klingons tends to have "nice" teeth. In SFS They all have the same ridge pattern
Well, there were actually noticeable differences in the various TSFS Klingon characters' ridges. Some examples:

Here we have TMP, TSFS, and TUC:
There are no reinvented Klingons here.
Here's the back of the Captain's head in TMP.
He has hair.

Here in TNG they still wear that same silly(imo) uniform:
Here's a female from DS9. Her forheads kinda smooth. A bit smoother than the ones from TUC shown above.

The clothing is different, but once we see them unmasked, they are basically the same. There is some concept art out there for these films that show more radical differences, but they ended up not using it.

Those were screen shots from Youtube on the highest available setting. I then shrunk them as I do all pictures I post on here as I've been told never to go larger than 800px.
Either way, your link, and my pic show the same thing; Klingon werewolf Captain has hair on the back of his nugget dugget.
Regardless of whether or not you think the wig goes all the way around, the fact that the ridges go all the way back shows a clear rethinking of the Klingon ridge design by the production team, clearly dividing TMP and TSFS into two different styles of Klingons.

Funny thing is, if the new Discovery Klingons had hair and beards, I think they might look close enough that we could consider them a refinement rather than a redesign. Chang non-withstanding, it's amazing how important the hair is to the look.

Except for Chang, who looks intimidating without it.
