Those two are correct (had to watch those scenes again, it’s been awhile) but there is a third one that I had in mind when I wrote it. It was the Efrosian helmsman when the probe approaches the Saratoga in ST:IV.

My guess for the new one is Lursa just before the ionic pulse resets the plasma coil, triggering the cloaking device and letting Worf fire the torpedo that killed the last canonical Duras siblings in Generations.
