Picard to B4, in the final moments before the end of the TNG cast's run. It was, I believe, the last line delivered by Patrick Stewart in his role as Picard.
Actually, his last lines as Picard were repeating the lyrics of "Blue Skies" murmurred by B-4 as he gets up to leave the room.
"Never saw things...going so right." For all practical purposes, the last words of Jean-Luc Picard. And a beautiful moment in an otherwise uneven and muddled film.
