"WORST CASE SCENARIO" was another of my three, and since someone else already saved it, I'll go to my third.

"PROJECTIONS" was a standout episode for VGR's first season. (I'm going by production, not airdate order.)

The total mindbending that The Doctor goes through is very much like TNG's "Frame of Mind"... don't think it's a coincidence BOTH were written by Braga. But it works wonderfully because of Robert Picardo and Dwight Schultz.

I going with It's Only a Paper Moon. Obviously YMMV in regards to Vic Fontaine, but it was the perfect follow-up to Nog losing his leg. Heartbreaking every time I watch.

It's still debated as to whether it was right to have holodeck episodes on VOY due to them being conscious of saving power. However, they did have some series highs (and los) during those episodes.

Inquisition is a fun one, so that's my next save. Obviously, everything that happens to Bashir only happened in the holodeck, but hearing about Section 31 for the first time was a big moment. And Bashir's wish to be a spy in the holodeck obviously came true, if only on the insistence of Sisko.

I was actually torn between "HEROES AND DEMONS" and "PERSISTENCE OF VISION". It was VERY creepy, and I love the fact that it still remains a mystery at the end. Space is so vast... there should be some mystery left at the end of some episodes. It's another reason why I always liked TNG's "Time Squared".

 

[Farscape One]

I'll first save a sentimental favorite.... "A Fistful Of Datas." My dad got me into Trek originally, and he loved this one.

And it ends with THE most beautiful shot of the Enterprise in the entire series.

 

[Takeru]

The Killing Game, Part I is saved, one of the rare interesting uses of a WW2 setting in Star Trek, the Hirogen really knew how to use the holodeck to their advantage.
