Although I rather enjoyed watching Favorite Son, I heard somewhere that it's original intent was to take Harry in a new direction by having him turn out to be an alien. Because they didn't do this, it gets a downvote from me.

I'll go with just insults a character, "TATTOO"... at least it was trying to explore Chakotay's past and character and it's pretty early VOYAGER, which the others do not have that excuse.

I think Fury is the worst episode left. I'll go with Tattoo. It's bad at showing accurate Native American heritage, but it had solid parts in it, like Chakotay and his father.

I'll save "Tattoo" I have nothing good to say about "Tattoo", I'm just clear that I hate "Fury" and "Friendship One" more.

And I hate "Fury" the most, so "Friendship One" for my last point. Kes was the more important character, so it's even more offensive that she got this trash exit, though Carey's cheap and pointless killing is of course irredeemable as well.

The terrible story of "Friendship One" is also at least coherent. The same cannot be said of "Fury." That episode can't go two story beats without tripping over itself.
