The most disliked episode of ENT - Part Four

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
Home
The Augments
Daedalus
Affliction
Bound
These Are The Voyages

Saving "Cold Station 12" for the same reasons I laid out for "Borderland." I also enjoyed the tense atmosphere on C12, and the beginning of the end of Malik's obedience to Soong.

:(

I'm a man of my word.

Please tell me that's a joke. :klingon::scream:
I had no idea they liked it that much! An explaination why it should be saved would be nice though. I'm always open to being convinced. If I'm not but the comments are fair enough, I'll generally not respond.
AFAIK, Mach5 hates TATV and this is a result of a stupid joke that he decided to make real, or bizarre revenge for someone saving A Night in the Sickbay. http://trekbbs.com/showthread.php?t=149032&page=3 Which drives me crazy all the more - if crappy episodes are going to saved, at least let it be by someone who actually likes them!
Jiminy Cricket! I saved "A Night in Sickbay" because it is actually, really, truly possible for a person to like an episode that other people hate.

So much for these threads being taken at all seriously. Handy tip: Following the instructions of the OP is nicer than record-scratching the whole shebang.

And how did TATV get back on the list?

Voting and ignoring all your posts :)

Read that thread I linked and then you'll learn why TATV, Daedalus and Bound were taken out in the first place - it wasn't because someone liked them, it was because Mach5, SFRabid and Lord Vader made a deal to save the three worst episodes in season 4. And that's the reason why I put them all back in.

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
The Augments
Daedalus
Affliction
Bound
These Are The Voyages

Saving Home - introduces T'Pol's mother and show more of her background on Vulcan, and follows up on season 3 showing the xenophobia after the Xindi attack on Earth and Archer's guilt over his actions.

Actually, I was only joking in that other thread. But since this is all just for fun, I figured 'why not.' Especially since I dislike "Bound" less than some of the other episodes that remain. On that note...

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
The Augments
Daedalus
Affliction
These Are The Voyages

Saving "Bound" for real this time.

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
The Augments
Daedalus
These Are The Voyages

Saving "Affliction". It was a bit of a contrived way to explain the flat-head Klingons, but I liked it as a Phlox-centered piece. Also good character moments for Hoshi and Malcolm.

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
Daedalus
These Are The Voyages

Saving The Augments. It wasnt a particularly strong start to the Augment arc, which I didn't really like overall anyway. It's the strongest episode left though, easily.

I also love how contentious this whole thing has become! Its just a game!

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)
These Are The Voyages

Saving Daedalus. It's dull, but it's still better than This Ain't the Valentine or Space Nazis.

Storm Front (I)
Storm Front (II)

I enjoyed "These Are The Voyages," and that's no joke. While it has its flaws, I enjoyed the gorgeous CGI Enterprise-D, one last glimpse at the TNG era, the action bits, and the amazing ending montage.

Storm Front (I)

"Storm Front, Part II". I don't think either of these are the pits to be honest. Too sudden a switch from gritty and serious to pulp science fiction, sure. No real conclusion to the Temporal Cold War, certainly not the way B&B would presumably had it play out over seven seasons. But there's a lot of fun to be had watching Italian American gangsters leading a resistance movement and the NX-01 in a dogfight with German planes over NYC. I quite liked seeing America invaded by the Nazis for a change... Fake newsreel footage of Hitler rolling up Time Square and posing for pictures by the Statue of Liberty. :shifty:

Storm Front (I)

Well, to each their own. I was hoping that TATV would go all the way in the Final Showdown after this, but that's the way the game works. :sigh:

I guess I'll save Strom Front (II) then. At least it finally ended the Temporal Cold War.

Storm Front was such a horrible follow-up to the Xindi war it deserves to be here. They really messed up not letting the Enterprise come home to a celebration.

Do not agree.

Daedelus, Bound and These Are The Voyages (the smelliest of the three :D) are my bottom 3. Storm Front was cack, but at least it finished off the Temporal Cold War once and for all. It was a convuluted mess by this point in the show's run. The episodes didn't make a dot of sense, but it was more fun than any of those three stinkers.

Just because they get their kicks from derailing the game, doesn't give you the right to take it over and do what you want, and hang everybody else. You want to make up the rules? Start your own game, don't commandeer someone else's.

See? That wasn't so hard, was it?

EXACTLY.

Yes, it does give me the right to get the game back on track, at least as much as they have the right to derail the game.

And I'm sorry, since when is this your game? I'm pretty sure you're not BlueStuff.

If you want to see a game derailed so much, why don't you 4 start your own game?

Ah, so you clearly consulted with the OP (y'know, the one who devised the original rules), who happily gave you leave to toss those picks you deemed unworthy. Sorry, I didn't realize.

And I don't remember anyone saying the Unholy Three had the "right" to play fast and loose with the rules, any more than you had that "right."

And I'm sorry, since when is this your game? I'm pretty sure you're not BlueStuff.
As moderator, my objective has always been to respect the OP's original parameters, so the game could be as fun as possible for all participants.

Storm Front (I)

Saving Storm Front 2 because I love the way Trip escaped from his cell, and then nearly shoots Archer (looking very sexy too)

Storm Front had some redeeming qualities (the Enterprise flying over the city, the various characters in 1944 there) even though the evil space Nazis sucked, not even having a campy quality like the imbeciles of Sigma Draconis or the transwarp salamanders of Warp 10, Harry Kim's visit to the Twilight Zone, or the Island of Dr. Barclay. Storm Front should be low, but it's still above TATV (and a Night in Sickbay).
