There have been times when the Master has been sort of with a companion, usually partially due to his hypnotic power or an evil partnership. Any favorites?

Bok the gargoyle (Daemons)-The servant of Azal who the Master was able to control. Made people vanish by firing sparks. Famous for prompting the Brigidiar's "Five Rounds Rapid".
Devil's coven (The Daemons) OK these are several people.....including the wacky bartender/mayfair guy.
Midge (Survival)-Midge, a former friend of Ace's was corrupted by the Cheetah planet and the Master seemed to have him under hypnosis as well, as he repeated everything he said.
The Rani (Mark of the Rani)-Female time lord who struck an uneasy alliance with the Master in Mark of the Rani.
Krasis (The Time Monster)-A priest from Atlantis who the Master hung out with.
Galleia (The Time Monster)-A queen of Atlantis/Crete, the Master's first sort of semi-love interest in the series.
Lee Chang (The TV movie)-Partially responsible for the Seventh Doctor's regeneration, he rushed him to the hospital but was fooled by the Master. At the end, he switched to the side of good, died, but was brought back to life by some kind of time dust.
Chantho (Utopia)-Not an evil companion, she befriended the Master under his Yana persona, but turned on him when she discovered his true nature. Responsible for his regeneration.
Sinister Woman (season 3)-seen in a few episodes of season 3, She kept the Jones family under the Master's control. She might have been the female hand.
Lucy Saxon (Season 3)-The Master's wife, she was aware of his true identity and helped with his plans but ultiametly turned on him...or did she?

"You kill me, man."
"You want me to kill you?"

"THIS IS AN AMBULANCE!"

Lee Chang, because even the Master knew he was an idiot.

You left out Glitz, who was working for the Master in The Trial of a Time Lord.
