judicial recount has confirmed the liberals had flipped a seat from conservatives with a margin of 21 votes though the headline is misleading because it implies the result changed because of the recounting.

I guess “Liberals flip another seat!” makes a more exciting headline than “Recount confirms original validated result”. Would have expected better of the Star, though.

Scary how close the the results were, and only emphasizes just how important votes are.
