It might be. The post-RotJ movie we'd heard about before was supposed to be a big crossover, and to be directed by Filoni. It's possible the (awful) title is misleading, and that Filoni and Favreau switched roles, but from what little we know, this sounds like a separate project. That's not news.
Yes it is.That's not news.
The bottom of the article says Filoni's movie is still coming.and to be directed by Filoni. It's possible the (awful) title is misleading, and that Filoni and Favreau switched roles
Yeah, in this day and age especially, I see no reason why the two need to be mutually exclusive.Mando could go the big screen for a movie and still return to television for another season. X-Files did.
So did Batman 66.Mando could go the big screen for a movie and still return to television for another season. X-Files did.
The Marvels didn't require you to watch anything. There's plenty of exposition in the movie."Hey guys, let's make another movie that requires you to watch dozens of episodes of TV in order to understand it. It worked so well for 'The Marvels' after all!"
Solo right now:"Hey guys, let's make another movie that requires you to watch dozens of episodes of TV in order to understand it. It worked so well for 'The Marvels' after all!"
Given that theaters project everything digitally anyway, there's no technological reason they couldn't screen all Disney+ episodes in theaters, in bundles of two or three per show. The deciding factor, therefore, is hype.Yeah, in this day and age especially, I see no reason why the two need to be mutually exclusive.
the general audiences watching Mando seem to handle it fine.I also question whether general audiences will tolerate that
Selectively quoting/not acknowledging the second half of a sentence is athe general audiences watching Mando seem to handle it fine.
