The least disliked episode of VOY - Season Five

I was so excited for the idea of "Equinox", but they fumbled it in so many key ways it always depresses me to revisit it.

Also, realized last night I'd never seen "Bliss" and watched it for the first time. What a delightful episode! Loved it! So much fun to watch. Can't wait to see why someone else can't stand it later today. :)

Warhead has some interesting ideas, but I find it an average episode, especially compared to others left on the list.

Latent Image; the basic idea of the episode is sound, but having Janeway order the entire crew to expunge all trace of Ensign Jetal's existence rather than a simpler solution like reprogramming the Doctor to believe that Kim had a better chance of survival than Jetal just seemed like a ridiculously convoluted solution.
...

True. I thought of that too. It really was sloppy thinking. Plus imagine if later the Doctor meets Jetal's parents for example... Just add (in his memory) that she was more badly wounded than Kim! What difference would it make?

"Infinite Regress": Because it was annoying! Just like the one about Chakotay going crazy... Same kind of annoying stuff!

I'll get rid of "Relativity." I like it, but I was always frustrating how the time travelers from the distant future were always so hapless.

Someone to Watch Over Me

I'll remove Bliss. I'm a little surprised it made it this far, though I guess it had the late, great W. Morgan Sheppard in it. Good but not great.

Counterpoint
Someone to Watch Over Me

Someone to Watch Over Me; it's good, but the other two episodes are just that little bit better.

Drone
Counterpoint

I think Drone is the better episode for Seven's development and I prefer it over Counterpoint. Drone wins!

Drone

Yeah, that or Counterpoint. Drone is pretty good though - I love Seven looking at herself in the mirror at the end. Very poignant.

At the start she is trying to get a handle on smiling in the mirror. At the end, after One is deactivated, she looks in the mirror again. *sniff*

I see. I remembered the smiling in the mirror part and couldn't believe that it was after the death of One, whom she loved like a brother.
