I don't agree. That has the potential to be problematic when we come to less popular series. Besides, the game has worked fine without such a rule.

I've never done a poll here to even know if it would be possible (but I know other boards have this feature) - where the results of the poll are not displayed until the end of the survey date. You pick your favorite episode and the one with the most votes wins or if you want to do multiple rounds - say the first round, you get to pick your top 10 and then it is pared to five and then a winner.

Again having it undisclosed makes it much cleaner in my opinion.

Why would it be problematic? Surely there are 9 people voting in each thread. It would make people think harder about their votes and add consequence to each decision.

You'd be surprised. You should've seen some of the Voyager editions.

Feel free to do so if you wish but I'd think it'd get extremely repetitive. One of the reasons I do the game every two years is to allow fresh faces (or old faces with fresh opinions) to play.
