The least disliked episode of TNG - Season Six

Frame of Mind has too much Riker (admittedly, not as much as Second Chances, but that's already gone) and so must go.

Schisms
True Q
Chain of Command (I)
Chain of Command (II)
Face of the Enemy
Tapestry
Starship Mine
The Chase
Timescape

True Q was my least favorite Q story. Not very engaging or fun.

Schisms
Chain of Command (I)
Chain of Command (II)
Face of the Enemy
Tapestry
Starship Mine
The Chase
Timescape

Starship Mine really makes me miss Ron Jones, who knew how to write music for action. It's not one of the season's best anyway.

Schisms
Chain of Command (I)
Chain of Command (II)
Face of the Enemy
Tapestry
The Chase
Timescape

Chain of Command (I) is gone because I can't stand the way the crew reacts to Jellico's commands. They're supposed to be the crew of the flagship but act like spoiled, insolent brats. Yeah, Picard's style was different, but for now Jellico is your captain, so suck it up, be professional, and do what he says.

Schisms
Chain of Command (II)
Face of the Enemy
Tapestry
The Chase

Eliminate Schisms. It's not a bad episode, but what's this average episode doing on a list with all these 'best of series' episodes? Another nice setup, poor payoff episode.

Chain of Command (II)
Face of the Enemy
Tapestry
The Chase

Not a massive fan of Face of the Enemy. Too many things don't quite make sense to me in the episode. (Might be due to zoning out, but still).

Chain of Command (II)
Tapestry

I hereby declare "Tapestry" the victor. Very close call between two classic episodes, but Chain of Command (II) is dragged down slightly by the antagonism between Jellico and Riker, which seems a bit forced at times. Tapestry feels like a stronger package overall.
