The least disliked episode of TNG - Season Four

I'll take out Half a Life. Decent ending, maybe Lwaxana's best episode, but a touch on the dull side. My eyes slid over it last time or I would have nixed it then.

I'm nixing "Identity Crisis". It's actually a pretty good episode I thought. The only thing I didn't care for is up to now Data was Geordi's best friend, then he gets sort of shuffled aside here. It's minor, but it's all I got.

Most of the rest are some really great episodes so good luck. I'd have a hard time removing any of the others.

 

[Seven of Five]

Future Imperfect for me now. It's hard to choose between what's left now - I love them all. I guess the end where Riker tells Barash (the guy he hardly knew), "To me, you'll always be Jean-Luc," was a strange line to end on.

EDIT: I also removed Identity Crisis off your list Damian - you voted for it but just forgot to remove it.

Interesting final three! Tossing "Brothers"... the other two are more rewatchable. Though perhaps that's just because some of those dysfunctional family issues between Soong/Data/Lore hit a little too close to home!

Bye bye to Reunion. Definitely not a bad episode and back then, even Klingon episodes were still good, but there are better episodes in season 4. And...

I would have been happy with any of the final 8-10 episodes winning I think.

I don't think part 2 of BOBW is quite in the same league as part 1. However, it's a worthy winner.

I feel similarly. I don't know that I'd call it the best season - seasons 3-6 are hard to rank - but it was definitely the most consistent.
