I've watched DS9 many times (years ago) but as of now I only have a vague impression of of the story in The Changing Face of Evil. I guess I'll vote for the only episode that I have no deep recollection of.

A very tough decision, however I was unimpressed with Sisko's "I exist here". My impression of Emisary is probably impacted as I used to watch it on VHS on a cheap TV plaer, and the tracking went screwy with all the white scenes, frequencies too high I guess.

DS9 is bloody good to have such trouble eliminating any of the above.

[Bad Thoughts]

Emissary, largely because some of the characters are very underdeveloped. Sisko's story is very compelling, and some aspects of Kira's character are well established. Dax and Bashir are terrible in this episode, and Farrell is particularly wooden.
