My next vote is The Xindi. A decent start to the year, but it was nothing special, and Archer was captured again for the billionth time.

It’s a tough choice because the remaining three are three of my favorite episodes of Enterprise and as good as any Trek. But I’m going to take out Forgotten. Trip and T’Pol are excellent again, but the rest of the plot just isn’t as good as the others. (Already regretting this choice as I think about the episode)

Very tough call. Both are the best of the season.

I'm going to eliminate "DAMAGE" only because Shran is so awesome.

"PROVING GROUND" is the winner of season 3.

 

[Seven of Five]

I'm glad Damage made it to the final two, as it's my high point of the season. It and Azati Prime are gripping viewing and was my high point of the season.

That said, Proving Ground is also fab and is easily the best Shran episode since The Andorian Incident.
