I was considering Gallatin, but decided against it because he did good at the end. Probably the same reason that Donatra is sticking around, because she's more deserving of staying than some of these other lesser characters. Not that she'll win, but its too early to eliminate her. Plus, the possibility of peace with the Romulans would have been an awesome concept for a future TNG film/series.

Eliminating Jadda from TWOK. Who? I'm thinking one of the henchmen, but eh. Memory-Alpha doesn't know, either.

Jedda was the only other Regula space station staffer besides Carol & David Marcus who had any spoken dialogue (that I can recall), such as the scene that ends with him reminding Carol that the Reliant is "on her way."
