The Last Jedi - Actually Widely Hated?

guess anything is possible when Leia flies through space..

In a franchise with ghosts and magic I would say anything is possible, yes.

Oh and buy the way you look at Luke at the end of TFA when he gets that lightsaber.. you look at his expression.. tossing the saber.. that's not what he was going to do. No way. in fact the original SCRIPT had floating rocks.. which goes well with the fact that he is wearing Jedi robes. Rian is a huge fucking hack and didn't know what to do to make his cool "let's subvert expectations" idea work, so he had Luke leave.,.. CHANGE OUT OF HIS JEDI ROBES-- before saying his first words "go away" WHAT a fucking garbage movie
Then this conversation serves no purpose any more.

yeah sure, I make mistakes and I have flaws and whatever.. and so do SW character.. but this is also a fantasy story ABOUT heroism.. the flaws should be.. less egregious.. and they should still be in line with their characters. I HATE the CU with a passion but at least the flaws the characters had were written well.. and stories were created to use both their flaws and their heroism.. there is nothing nothing nothing in the new sequels that rivals the scene where Thor is talking to Rocket about his regrets.. that depth and respect is beyond KK's pay grade.

You would think they would ACTUALLY WRITE it well if they decided to do (i don't even think they should have done that but I'll table that for now). WRITE a GOOD scene.. instead.. "let's toss the saber and make it a gag".. the people that wrote Infinity War wrote a GOOD scene with Thor and Rocket.. it's funny relevant and fucking well acted and you BUY it despite that it's a guy talking to a racoon.. more than you BUY ANY scene with Luke in this crapfest

All it takes is writing, performances, and execution.. wand maybe I'll buy it or at least accept it. And it's possible. I mean, like I said, Thor is talking to a talking Racoon about his past and his future, and his regrets and everything and yet the scene is probably the best in the MCU.. that's the kind of delicate hand that the sequels lackl

well you'd be wrong. I can put a collage that demonstrates that she is more interested in what gender a person before she hires them.. that she wants to hire a woman director and she has said. You can deny the facts but sHE has made this an issue. The fact is.. I loved female characters way back before anyone felt the need to point it.. Ripley and Connor were fine how about Brigman form The Abyss. I have no problem with female characters. I do have problems with mary sues and agenda. Just make a strong female but there is no need to remind us that you are doing it. REy's BEST scene (i mean Daisy's) is the look she gives to Unkhar Plut after getting her food the first time in TFA.. that conveys strength more than just saying she can fly the falcon better than han or speak wookie or speak or use a lightsaber without training or perform mind tricks wtihout having even seen it done.. that single LOOK conveys strength .. if you call em a misogynist than FUCK OFF

yes they have but she makes GENDER an issue. SHe does. also notice that on four out of five directors she has hired were removed and replaced by other directors .. EVER notice that

I only posted the video because I don't have the time or the inclination to show the interviews KK has done about her gender identity politics.. but he did it in a moment I EVEN SAID I TIMESTAMPED IT
