If we're going Voyager only, then I would want the following in my hunting party:
B'Elanna Torres
Tuvok
Seven of Nine
To be hunted? Well, that's a hard one. Probably a Hirogen because it would be a serious challenge.

In my hunting party? Seven (calculating mind, good reflexes), Janeway (proved herself to be more than competent in survival situations), and Tuvok (obvious).
Who'd I most like to hunt, huh? I would say Harry, but let's be honest, that'd be way too easy to be enjoyable. Chuckles seems like he'd put up a good fight.

I don't think Janeway really has the physical prowess you'd need to have in a hunting party. Sure, she can survive for a little while, but I don't think she'd last for the long haul.
Though, she was pretty sexy swinging that bat'let in "Unimatrix Zero".

I think I'd choose Janeway, Tuvok and Seven. Janeway may not have the physical prowess, but she'd be my tactical officer 
Seven and Tuvok would do the hunting. Tuvok can take 'em out with only one finger and they'd have a hard time with Seven and her Borg shields and nanoprobes

Seriously, I'd take Janeway, Tuvok, and Seven, too. True, Janeway's on the shrimpy side but she's crazy as hell. I can depend on her to take on a dude that outweighs her by 100 pounds and take him down. She does it with her Janeway mojo, not her small biceps.
Tuvok can shoot, fight, and neck pinch, so he's in.
And Seven's Borg Bits are always an excellent ace in the hole.

I'd want the original female triad - Kes, B'Elanna, and Janeway. Kes has Protoss-level psionic powers and would detect the prey a mile away. She can also melt brains, which is useful. B'Elanna can track by scent, and has solid hand-to-hand skills. She wouldn't need a weapon to kill anything. Janeway's got Betsy, good planning skills and and is about as crazy as B'Elanna in battle.
They'd hunt Tuvok. He'd be super hard to take down, but it would be an awesome fight.

over that! I guess I should have known.I'm surprised you wouldn't want her on your team look at what she did to that macrovirus monster! She's a decent shot, she already conquered fear! She'd never complain or give up and she'd certainly lighten the mood. I'd take her, Tuvok, and B'Elanna.

I like how the Borg Queen is easier prey than Seska.
That's because with the borg queen you know what you're getting. Seska is always full of surprises - how are you supposed to predict what she'll come up with next? Just my opinion, of course.
That makes sense, though. The Borg are easy to profile, and she is the Borg, so she would be easy to profile.
