That song is the best part of the movie. Certainly the most watchable part.
Ok I'm 1hr 9 minutes in.... I'm not so sure about high praise. It had a few funny moments. But it just drags on, and on

I first saw it as a kid and I remember enjoying it at the time. I think it was also my first Bond movie, too, so that may have influenced my enjoyment of it.

I've caught bits and pieces of Casino Royale 67 over the years, but I've never sat down and watched the whole movie from start to finish.
The one thing I remember is the ending, when, for no reason, Frankenstein monster wanders through the scene, and you just shrug your shoulders and go, "Okay, that happened."

It’s a shame they decided to do CR as a spoof. Imagine someone had made a serious rival Bond movie with the likes of Terence Stamp or Oliver Reed as 007. It’s an interesting counterfactual IMHO.
