B'Elanna Torres seems to know a lot about the history of the species of her mother, and she never identifies any of the VOY adversaries or allies as the Hur'q. At best, then, we might go by the model in which the Hur'q were raiders who spent all of 47 minutes on the Klingon homeworld, slaying museum guards and making their escape with minimal loot while still wearing those bandanas over their faces...
