I'm not happy by the way you're all making fun of me and my people so to cheer myself up, I'm gonna buy some jeans that get thinner and thinner as they get closer to my feet. :p

I had jeans like that in the late 80s, but it was part of the whole "paisley underground" thing of that time. That segued neatly into grunge. ;)

It's not like they invented plastic frames. (All of those glasses look pretty cool IMO.)
The problem is more the whole package: ornate Victorian facial hair PLUS metrosexual man bun PLUS geek chic glasses PLUS tight retro clothes.

The role of the glasses is to add dorkiness, which I can't object to on principle as I am certainly a dweeb, and an admirer of dweeb-related things. ;)

My main dislike is the facial hair. At least the floppy emo fringe has gone away.

We call man buns "top knots"

And I think some people wear them well :)

Yes, I don't want to get into any mean hipster-bashing. Hipsters are interesting to look at and quite harmless. Any mockery should be light-hearted (as indeed I am sure it is within the subculture).

Ah yes, the glasses I was forced to wear as a child.
I've worn plastic frames most of my life. Lenses are too thick and heavy for wire rims, those cut into my nose.
I'm pretty blind but got wire frames as soon as I could. (Blame John Lennon) My lenses have gotten thicker over the years but lens making technology have made them lighter. My current pair are my first bifocals. I wonder if the Hipsters will adapt that as a "thing". ;)

If it is too mainstream, maybe not. One aspect of hipsters is that they are retro in terms of fashion. Maybe you could try rim horn frame glasses instead.
