I think the songs are pretty good, especially considering the short notice on which they were created. There really isn't much Star Trek music that I don't like. Or "dig" in this case.

I was working at a record store when their Earth album was released. I did a big window display, with one of the AMT Enterprise model kits as the centerpiece. All I did was hang the model on nylon thread, and surround it with album covers. It got a lot of foot traffic in the mall. That was in the days of when all we had was TOS in syndication.
