Riker (season 2): "Have we nailed down our little hiccup yet?"

And the real winner is:
Riker (season 1, again, not surprising it it?): "a blind man teaching an android how to paint? That'll make a couple pages in someone's history book"

I can't tell if people posting are saying the lines are good, bad or cheese.

 

I imagine it’s in the eye of the beholder. They’re memorable lines, up to the individual reader whether they are good, bad or cheesy.

Or the obligatory

I got one... when Geordi said “not bad” after Wesley was turned into a grown up...
