In "Patterns of Force", when Spock climbs on top of Kirk's back as part of their escape attempt and drags things out unnecessarily after the guard had done a "very professional job" flogging it.

Kirk: "I heard you."
Spock: "He simply could not believe his ears."

^^ Yep. That whole scene is, to me, hilarious. Spock's face... Kirk's fumbling... not to mention later on with McCoy looking all crazy, running towards the homeless man and screaming, "No! Don't run! I won't kill you!" It's great.

For me, this is the funniest 3 minutes in TOS.
The next scene when he explains to Kirk who started the fight is also great.

Spock's usually funniest, with the dry lines... "Extremely little" is great. Just when Spock seems a bit clueless re humans and humor, he skewers Chekov...
