What support was needed?

Exactly......there was no support needed, no need to write a whole new chapter. I am fairly sure the Federation scanned to make sure the Rommies weren't hiding behind a moon right around the corner.Use your imagination instead of having someone spoon feed you ideas.
There was no cure so I don't know what a full sickbay could have done.Picard literally dies right after they leave. Would've been nice to have a working sickbay around.
Hmmm...I wonder about that though. The La Sirena is kept at "Starfleet standards" according to dialog, and Juranti is an MD in addition to her cybernetics training. So, what could be done in a sickbay vs. what they had available to them at the moment?Picard literally dies right after they leave. Would've been nice to have a working sickbay around.
I kind of found it funny that it so TNG an ending. Rather enjoyable bit on that one.I've been wondering why SF didn't leave a ship or two behind as protection, and I wasn't even considering Riker's fleet were holo-ships. Mainly because, Romulans, especially Tal-Shiar.
The scene was a bit TNG, all wrapped up in a nice bow. Romulans go home, Starfleet goes home, nobody bothers the synths again.

They had a working sickbay on the La Sirena, along with an EMH and a medical doctor (Agnes). Sending Picard over to a larger sickbay with a few more doctors and nurses wouldn't have changed anything.Picard literally dies right after they leave. Would've been nice to have a working sickbay around.
I have to wonder if Riker's fleet was mostly holograms to fool the Tal Shiar. He shows up with a bunch of identical ships (easier to copy and paste) and as soon as the Romulans leave he heads back home. All those alleged ships he had and yet he couldn't leave some of them for support? Didn't make much sense.
Security, not Intelligence. The chief of Police might not know that much about military craft.Bit difficult when the head of the Tal Shiar fleet is the Starfleet head of Intelligence. They would have a good understanding of Starfleet's capabilities...
Cause Oh might have listened in.Why would he have not told Picard they were just a bunch of holographic ships, if that’s what they really were?

Is this theory also brought to you by the pe0ple @ Rios Is a Hologram ! ?
How did that one pan out?
So far no confirmation either way.![]()

Both fleets were ridiculously huge. Maybe they were both using holograms/sensor echos/whatever.

Perhaps the Federation underwent a crash program to rebuild the fleet after the attack on the Utopia Planitia Shipyards, and made a bunch of modular, prefabricated ships with exchangeable parts for ease of repair instead of several different classes of ship. That's why they almost all looked the same or similar.
Here's the thing: The entire group of synths seemed to be located in that one building. So unless there were tons more all around the planet that weren't mentioned, then why did Oh even need a fleet of 218 ships? All she had to do was destroy the building from orbit using her own ship.
