You can interpret a fictional TV show however you like. I'm not addressing that at all. I was just correcting your misstatement that physicists routinely us the term "the God Particle" (most of them don't use the nickname and actively despise it) and that it was used for an unknown particle or force (it's used specifically for the Higgs boson, which was unverified until recently but certainly well-known as a theoretical concept).

I just had an insane thought. What if the Henry Allen who died is a time remnant who was somehow under duress from Zoom, and the actual Henry is the man in the iron mask...

Let see how this finale plays out.

He just seriously screwed up the timeline. That flash in the closet/door disappeared. That suggests the Season 1 finale never happened. So all of Season 2 never happened?
