The problem with B of Terror is that it's a nice episode, but doesn't really have a science-fiction premise to it, except maybe the problems involved in conducting wars early in the history of interstellar travel (not even seeing the enemy, nuclear weapons)... and the story is lifted from a film that I can't remember the name of, but others here do I'm sure. It's a submarine story.
