Nah....I just have a running joke with a couple of guys in here concerning Valiant. I rag on and on about how Watters was an annoying, arrogant little twerp who deserved everything he got
....and a couple of the regulars come along eventually and say something like "Vash...now tell us how you REALLY feel!" Xerafin will be along shortly to hold up his end of the bargain.

Yeah...I really LOVE Resurrection...unlike alot of folks around here. Gives my favorite Bajoran male a chance to be a "bad boy" for a change.

Well I think Watters did deserve it but wasn't that the point? This isn't the page for it but I thought I would comment anyway.He was too sure of himself and no captain should believe themselves to be immortal. Child or no child, its a mindset that will get you killed. I don't think anyone thought he should live... In fact, the girl from the moon who survived was the only character with doubts of Watter's plan which is why she made it out alive. Its pretty poignant. I just dislike Jake so much that I wanted him to be stuck in the brig- but to each his own...
Bring on Season 7!

Finished season six yesterday. Less than four weeks to go until season seven!

I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but do you have a life. Either that or did you get the sets really early. Geese, you're quick.
I finished the occupation arc, last night and plan not to watch any more for a while to kind of spread it out. Who knows next weekend, I will be done with an essay and I probably might even finish it. Season 7 will make me feel happy and also sad. Happy because I will finally have DS9 to watch whenever I want and not have any excuses about syndiction (Like most trek fans had before the DVDs) but sad because it will be my final DVD I buy for at least a year so I can save up.

Yes, I have a life outside of watching DS9 DVDs. I'm an editorial columnist, I'm writing a novel, I attend college, I study, I go to a lot of sporting events, movies, etc. I'll also probably be working in a natural foods store very soon.
When the DVDs come, I have already set time aside weeks in advance so that all my work in done. That way, I can watch them in rapid succession.

You have to agree that it was pretty funny. At least I still have my sense of humor. I mean this year has been horrible for me, I broke my ankle, barely made it through my classes to get my associates degree, my grandma's health failing and later passing away a month and a day ago. I am still going strong! LONG LIVE DS9!
