I love you, XCV-330. You seem like a desperate attempt of humanity, already healing by 2090, to get out there, but hindered by the Vulcans, they use a ring-ship design and explore the local stars. You're a cool design; even if I loathe ENT Earth-Lore.
If it was up to me, you would be a UESPA ship in the 2080s-90s going around at warp 2 or more, exploring those local stars, dealing with the Vulcans, Alpha Centauri Colony, the settled Solar System, then a Kzin War arc to finish it off. Meeting the Orions, the Bolians, romping around within 10-20 LY,. Imagine it: Star Trek: XCV.
