And while I'm sure that trying to keep people signed up and watching for longer is the main reason, I kind of think they don't want people to get in the habit of bingeing Disney+ original shows either.
What's the point of selling Onward for $20 VOD when you can get three months of Disney+ for that cost? I don't get that.

Our plans to see it were cut short by COVID19 so we are pretty happy it is coming to Disney Plus so soon.My mom and I saw Onward the weekend it came out and we both really enjoyed it, if you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it.
