the Delaney sisters

We actually only saw the Delaney sisters once, in the Capt. Proton episode, although there were several other references to them on other episodes. How many? I don't know.
However, the fact that Harry didn't go for them, IMHO, shows him to be an idiot.

I like the pretty one the best!

Their rank was never given, but they both worked in stellar cartography.

One wonders, what are the chances of sibling being assigned to the same vessel?

I agree with SBK1234, I only saw them once in a Capt Protron holoprogram, and they were mentioned another time, and Harry was an IDIOT  How did Tom put it, Harry goes for the a Hologram, a BORG, The Dearly Departed (Lindsey Ballard) and the wrong twin...:)

I know that my father and uncle were assigned for a while on the same ship in the Navy. Of course, after the issue with the Sullivan Brothers they didn't really assign siblings together. I don't know if my father and uncle had to fill out special requests for this, or the fact that they were on a non-combatant ship had anything to do with it.

Just for info, it was the episode Thirty Days when we finally got to see them.

Harry = Federation Standard for DUMBASS! And it was Tom that got demoted :p

Let's give Harry a break. He was very much into one of the sisters, the shyer, more delicate one, but it was the other sister who liked him and made him advances. In those circumstances, it must be difficult for a guy to pursue the one he wants, especially if it's difficult to catch her alone. I congratulate Harry for choosing character over availability.

I kind of wish they had never shown them. Referencing them but never showing them would have heightened my interest in them, sort of like they did with Maris on Frazier. Once the mystery of the Delaney sisters was gone, I sort of lost interest in them.

Pobably should cut Harry some slack, he did not have the best of luck with women, and he was a nice guy. One wonders what happened once Voyager got back to Earth, another reason to bring back Voyager, see what happened to Harry...:)

From the Homecoming novel, page 4:

Welcome back Voyager! First things first: Harold Falullah Kim, you are hereby demoted to Crewman Third Class for knowingly and wilfully denying Delaney love. GLAD TO HAVE YOU BACK, HAAAAAAAA
He doesn't appear in the novels after that :(

There was an episode that we saw them in their blue uniforms. Just can't remember what episode it was in. I believe it was a scene in the messhall (I think there was like a gathering or party, can't remember) when we saw them walk by.

Harry was not a nice guy.

Libby was his girlfriend on earth and he's already following Tom's example to pair up with a Delaney sister in just the third episode, before he's left short strawed with no sexual partner for the next 70 years... Good GOD Harry! It probably hadn't been a week and you were already cheating on the woman you loved! O'Brien waited a decade before he cheated on his wife 200 years before she was born, and Janeway was shocked to find that mark had gotten over, and completely replaced her, and wouldn't give her dogs back in just 5 years! Tuvok told TANKGIRL and that windsurfer Hologram who Harry was really into, to fob off because his wife was super special!

Harry remembers being born. After seeing a vagina from that angle, it's no wonder that he had so much trouble with women all his life, but that's hardly an excuse for moving onto the next piece of fluff while Libby is obviously crying herself to sleep enduring super grief because her most beloved boyfriend is completely dead.

Well dead from the neck up maybe... lol

Harry was really an odd bird, and the fact he didn't get so much as a HALF PIP in 7 years... c'mon.
