I seem to recall that when The Green Hornet and Kato appeared in an episode of "Batman", that the fight scene originally called for Robin to win against Kato. Yeah, laughable I know. Apparently, Bruce being just as incredulous went to TPTB or the writers or someone and was able to convince them to at least let it end in a draw.
