Collider has independently confirmed that Talia will appear in the film, but take that for a grain of salt since it was their report that was initially debunked.

Talia only makes sense from a trilogy perspective of coming full circle to a degree. Be nice to see a new female antagonist besides Catwoman, but we haven't seen her since Returns.

I'd be disappointed if we saw Talia but not Ra's. I'd love to see a return of Ra's at the end of the film. That would be awesome.

^ That would be cool...I'd be satisfied with that Talia kind of acts as a front buying time for her father and acting as a distraction for Bruce. I kind of want to see her as her own woman though too. All of these rumors are flying fast and furious right, kind of fun to speculate about but I hope Nolan ends the speculating soon and we get some official casting news.

I'll be annoyed if we end up getting the likes of Jessica Biel. Bleah.

There's been a lot of talk recently about where the movie will be filmed, with rumors that Detroit has beat out Chicago as Gotham. I'm a bit biased, but I loved how Nolan showcased Chicago in the first two films and will be disappointed if the location changes.

It seems the movie will also be filmed in New Orleans and the UK

I sure wish I could.
I'm sure the movie will be fine. Not having The Riddler is still kind of a shame to me (I know, I know--no one wants to keep recycling villains, but I was still eager to see a new version of the character), but it should still be some good family fun.

^ I've always been curious about what the entire rogues gallery would look like in Nolan's universe. It would be nice if he surprised us with a montage featuing most of the villains he didn't get to do.

That would be pretty cool. I think an interesting way to end the trilogy would be him returning and Batman realizing that he can never stop fighting and is trapped in this life he chose.

Thats a shame that Eva Green wasn't cast. She is a better choice than anyone else on the actress shortlist.
Out of that list, I'd say Hathaway, followed by the two lesser known actresses. Not a fan of Knightly or Biel. Well, not a fan of their acting talent, at any rate

None of the people except maybe Anne Hathaway really impress me or get me excited. Eva Green was probably too much to hope for. Her schedule has been busy lately due to her role on "Camelot". I know that she has long been my own personal pick for Talia.
