The article I first referenced (which took Batman on Film's report I think) suggests that we'll get a redesigned Tumbler or closer to the Bat Tank seen in The Dark Knight.
^ I'm not such a big fan of the Tumbler, my biased love for Tim Burton's Batmobile knows no bounds.
To be green, he's gonna drive the Bat-Prius in the next movie.
Things didn't seem so peachy at the end of the last movie.
If you're taking issue with the concept, I'd say it fits about as well as a millionaire dressed in a bat-themed costume, a bad guy dressed as a clown or a microwave device that could cook a city's water supply. If you're talking about the use of a plane in general, then yeah, it doesn't seem all that practical to use a plane to fight crime in a city. If indeed a plane will be used, I can't wait to see how. Maybe he'll use it to leave Gotham City.TBH I don't like the idea of a Bat Plane of any sort in the Nolan verse, just doesn't seem to fit.
And he needs to take flying lessons first, I guess.
Which reminds me that they forgot about essential parts in Begins and TDK. He spent like 7 years in Ninja training, but how did he become expert in flying with his batwings? It's not something you should or could teach yourself, I guess.
