The Dark Knight Rises Anticipation Station

^ Yes...

I'm ready to touch-- erm, I mean, meet Christopher Nolan.

I'm curious about how Catwoman will be done in this film because Anne Hathaway doesn't strike me as an obvious choice for the character. Yes, I'm interested in some of the glimpsed hardware, but I really want to see how Batman will be evolved and whether and how society's perception of him will change.

Yeah, I'm not sure about Anne either, but many said the same thing about Heath.

The thing with Anne is that -beautiful as she is- she's not... Delicate enough? Graceful enough?

She doesn't sing "Catwoman" much to me.

Olivia Wilde would've been a better route. :)

I was surprised when Heath was given the role as the Joke and equally surprised that Anne was given the catwoman role. I hope I am as pleased with her performance as I was with Heath's. I think she is a good actress and I do hold out hope even though I have a difficult time seeing her in the role.

Anne Hathaway is gorgeous and since her role seems to be based on "Batman Year One" and the Tim Sale drawn Selina Kyle in "The Long Halloween" and "Dark Victory" I think she's perfecting casting. For a long time I thought Rachel Weisz would make a terrific Selina Kyle based on the Tim Sale art, so when Anne was cast, I was ecstatic.

I hope so, it looks pretty cool and definitely has the Batcave flavor to it.

It looks really cool, but it raises the inevitable question of "how in the heck did Bruce Wayne build that without attracting any attention?"

Maybe he had Alfred working overtime, I dunno.

Polish workers?

Towards the end of the first season, Bruce would find a large cavern underneath Wayne Manor. He and Alfred bring in Polish workers in blacked-out planes and buses to set up what ultimately becomes the Bat Cave

That is very cool looking but kind of implausible for two men to build themselves over the course of 24 months or however it will have been between "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight Rises". I expected to see a very basic furnished Cave, nothing elaborate. No doubt they would have help from Fox.
