It might just be a licensing thing if you're outside the States? I'm in Canada and Apple which carries the Shuttlepod Show here doesn't have D-Con Chamber, but then when I started typing D-Con into Audible it came up as the first result. Maybe that helps??Bummer. Still no luck on whatever I've got on my phone. Oh well.
They had a falling out with the producer of the previous one. So this is a new one with new people behind the scenes.Does anyone know why they changed the name of the podcast?
Was that because Terry played Cat in one of the awful Red Dwarf US pilots, or just a coincidence?Dom mentioned maybe having Danny John Jules on the show sometime.
Yes, when they brought that up Dom mentioned he knew him back in the day and was good friends with him.Was that because Terry played Cat in one of the awful Red Dwarf US pilots, or just a coincidence?
It finally showed up on Apple yesterday with both episodes. It might just be a licensing thing if you're outside the States? I found both episodes on Apple! Listened to the two of them, then did something I usually never do: I watched the Terry Farrell episode on YouTube. I've never watched a single episode of The Shuttlepod Show, err I mean The D-Con Chamber; it just always had delightful background audio. Two guys yapping in Dominic Keating’s basement or Connor Trinneer’s garage was what I thought I was tuning in to. Turns out they have a whole studio!! I’m still going to be just a listener going forward, but it’s nice to know they’ve got a full video set up too. Good going, champs. It finally showed up on Apple yesterday with both episodes.
Dom's filter is often a chain link fence. And I like how (as one might predict) after Connor said very little about it, Dominic said a bunch more.
He seems to be saying that it was at least some version of what had been widely assumed.
