A decade ago, Phoebe from Friends played a one hit wonder sitcom star followed by a reality TV crew recording her second attempt, at trying to be someone, going through the motions trying to rebuild/reclaim her misplaced celebrity.

This is where I fell in love with Laura Silverman.

But if a sitcom can come back after 9 years [be kind]Hiatus[/be kind], then frankly nothing is really cancelled is it, and Firefly can come b... Sorry.

It's the coming back after 9 years that is the really interesting bit, but the show was clever and funny and probably didn't deserve the axe.

Good news. I liked it quite a bit the first time around. Had heard a bit ago that there was a possibility of it coming back.

We live in impossible times.

New season of Arrested Development, a new season of 24, a new Star Wars Trilogy, more Matt Damon Bourne(?), a Guardians of the Galaxy movie(!) that was enormously successful(!), a Hobbit trilogy by the same guy that made the LotR trilogy, five seasons of Fringe, ten seasons of Supernatural, a SHIELD TV show with a ****ing flying car, an adult fantasy series on HBO, shows about Green Arrow/Flash/Constantine/iZombie(!), that whole Netflix/Marvel deal, and now there's the possibility of Shatner in the next Trek movie.

The Comeback coming back was only inevitable.
