The Clown Can Stay, But the Ferengi in the Gorilla Suit Has to Go

There's this one scene that I can't remember which episode it comes from. Can anyone help? The scene is this: Worf and Data are in dress uniform standing at a buffet table in Ten-Forward. Data claps Worf on the shoulder, says something, then walks away, leaving Worf holding the knife with total fury in his face. Anyone know which episode this was? It looked hilarious.

The scene in question comes at about 1:13 in this video.

Thanks. Say what you will about Voyager, since I know some don't like it much, but that show had some damn funny moments.

Tuvok was often funny to me. I liked the bit in Scientific Method when Janeway goes on a rant about how he needs to get the department heads to toe the line and he says with total Vulcan-ness: "Shall I flog them, as well?"

But the funniest funny of them all, to me, is good ol' Damar to Weyoun (8?): "Maybe you should talk to Worf again."

That bit in VOY's "Blink of an Eye" when the Doctor (having spent three years on an alien world) is talking about a sports match with one of its inhabitants. The alien says "Mountain or Lakeside?" and the Doctor, very indignantly, says "Mountain, of course! Don't tell me you're a Lakeside supporter?" :guffaw:

Another great Tuvok line is in the episode where some space creatures mistake Voyager for a potential mate. They do something to the ship to make it less attractive, and then Tuvok says, dedpanned, "I believe we have lost our sex appeal."

Speaking of Voyager-"Message in a Bottle" was pretty funny now that I think of it.

There's a scene where after they render the Romulans unconscious, and one falls on the console, so he simply shoves her off it and let her fall on the floor.

Later the Doctor and the other EMH go to the bridge and shoves the other unconscious Romulan out of his seat and lets him fall (possibly hard) to the floor, and they do it so nonchalantly .

For TNG-the one where Worf is switching through different realities- there's a scene where Worf is married to Troi in one reality.

He doesn't know it yet, so when Troi comes into his/their quarters, makes herself at home, and Worf's reaction is "what the hell are you doing?"

When she go and sits down, Worf follows her suspiciously and peers from behind a wall-the look is another priceless moment.

And then she gets closer and starts kissing him (he still hasn't found out yet), and he must have thought she lost her mind.

One of the most awesome O'Brien/Bashir moments EVER!

From "Exteme Measures", as Bashier and O'Brien are recovering from being shot by an agent in Sloan's mind:

O'Brien: ...Should've left a note for Keiko...to let her know what we were planning....

Bashir: Ah, why worry her?

O'Brien: No, I w-w-want...her and the kids to understand why I had to do this.

Bashir: She'll understand--she'll know. You did it for me.

O'Brien: That's what'll upset her the most. She...always said I...I liked you more than I liked her.

Bashir: Ha--tha-tha-that's rediculous!

O'Brien: Right.

Bashir: Well, maybe--maybe you do...a bit more.

O'Brien: What? Are--are you crazy? She's my wife--I love 'er!

Bashir: Of course you love her! She's your wife!

O'Brien: Yeah!

Bashir: I'm just saying...maybe you like me a bit more, that's all....

O'Brien: I do not.

(long pause)

Bashir: ...You spend more time with me....

O'Brien: We work together!

Bashir: We have more in common!

O'Brien: (exhausted) Julian...you are beginning to annoy me.

Bashir: Darts...raquetball...Vic's Lounge...The Alamo? Need I go on--

O'Brien: I loooooooove...my wife.

Bashir: (sighs) And I love Ezri...passionately!

O'Brien: Y'do?

Bashir: Yes....

O'Brien: Have you told her?

Bashir: Not yet.... But I will....

O'Brien: Oh, yeah? Heh! When?

Bashir: When I'm ready. It's just that I...like you...a bit more. See? There. I've admitted it.

O'Brien: (nodding, as he finally gets it) Yeah...well....

(long pause)

O'Brien: ...I love my wife.

I also like Bashir's "I can't wait to see the look on your face when we get back and you realize that I never existed!"

Oh and the end of the episode where Quark and Odo have had to climb and mountain and one turns to the other and says "You know all that stuff I said about you. I just want you to know I meant every word of it."

Funny- even in a situation like that, they are both just stubborn.

LOL Keevan's last words...

"I...hate...Ferengi...."

What I found so funny about the Ferengi episode with the Vorta is when they start arguing, Quark's cousin get mad, points the gun at Quark (or all of them), Brunt let's out this silly scream (which is priceless) and ducks, and Kivan gets it.

Kivan literally just had enough.

It got so out of hand it was just silly.

I don't always find Trek episodes that funny, but with the Ferengi, they're too funny.

Quark got a lot of funny lines- like,

Come on! There has to be another way out of this! You people have rituals for everything except waste extraction

Another one I can think of is when Worf gets talked into taking some type of bath in TNG, and he's covered up to his neck, and he says, 'we're supposed to just sit here???!!'

To add to moments from The Magnificent Ferengi, there's Iggy Pop's deadpan reaction to seeing (the dead, but remote controlled, though he doesn't know that) Keevan walk forward like a zombie: "What have they done to him?"

O'Brien and Bashir were always good for a laugh. "I . . . don't hate you."

Another funny I just thought of. The bit in "Remember Me" when Dr. Crusher has just dived through the portal-thingy and crash lands in Engineering - Wesley is over at the pool table and swoons against his console. He's all sagging off the table onto the floor and no one pays him any mind. Other people actually run around him to get to the doctor. Hilarious.
