The Cloud Minders Dubbing Question

I read online somewhere that the TOS-R team fixed the dubbing error immediately after the titles where Kirk speaks but his lips do not move, by replacing it with a different shot, for broadcast. However the error remains on DVD and Blu-Ray. Was this fixed and accidentally kept off home releases, or was this never fixed and I am misremembering?

I don't think it was ever actually fixed.

It's not a dubbing problem, per se. It's more an editing problem I think.

I remember when the remastered version came out and saw that the error hadn't been rectified in some way. I always found that kind of strange.
