I already said that it's not about nitpicking single arguments in isolation, it's about considering the preponderance of evidence and the overall portrait it paints. Facts are just building blocks -- what you want is to formulate a theory, a model that encompasses all the facts and explains them comprehensively.
Yes, you can demonstrate that various individual facts in isolation are not incompatible with the hypothesis of the movie taking place later, but what is the underlying theory? Why, holistically, is it bad to put TMP in 2273? Why is it better to put it in 2280 or something?
