Spoilers The Boys: Season 3 on Amazon Prime Video (2022)

I remember there were Breaking Bad flashback scenes that showed Walter as being capable of villainy long before the series started--he had just lacked the opportunity. As for The Sopranos, the early seasons did an incredible job of showing what he was capable of doing without remorse. I think viewers reactions to characters like this reveal a great deal as to why populist leaders win democratic elections around the world.

I guess this makes it a double post, but its been awhile. I mentioned in another thread (maybe this one too?) how I'm concerned that so many people don't seem to get the satire of this series, or even that The Seven are the villains. I just saw this today about Erin Moriarty's online harassment for her Starlight role: https://screenrant.com/boys-starlig...H42gC71V0xa6o_unHPiCV6JQFU#Echobox=1662573362
Well, I suppose Homelander is like the wet dream of every far-right person out there, and saying to these people "you know, some things you do or you believe in aren't nice" never goes well.
