ABC but only because they seem to be the go-to network for sci-fi these days. Really it would be tricky for any network to try a ST series til they see how the movie franchise plays out (in other words, is the Abramsverse a one hit wonder?). TNG didn't make it to the air until there had been 4 profitable movies first.
