Many will say that the death scene between Kirk/Spock in KHAN is the best of the movies scenes, or one of them. But for me, the best scene is the scene from STAR TREK 4, inside of Gilian's truck.

The way that scene flows back and forth plays out better than any scene from any of the movies, IMO. The humor, the timing, all of it is well done, and I think flows more naturally than any scene from the TOS movies.

Spocks death scene in Khan may get the tears, and it does in spades, but the scene in that truck gets the laughter, and I think, is the better of the two.
